EMA is under active development. Features may change or be removed as part of stability, security, or compliance efforts.

No service-level guarantees are provided at this stage.

Data & Ownership

Users retain ownership of their data. EMA does not claim ownership of clinical content.

Limitation of Liability

EMA is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Recursive Systems Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the system.

Termination

Access may be suspended for security, compliance, or misuse concerns.
